As our world and our lives go through many shifts and changes, this will be a day dedicated to turning inward, seeing deeply into ourselves, and awakening to who we are in this phase of life. This will be an intimate retreat based in love and non-competitiveness, self-reflection, and holding space for oneself and each other.

Guided rituals will include intention discovery and setting, artwork, and sound bath.
